Really great place to go for Mexican fast food. Great menu and the prices were reasonable. They give you good size portions and the food is very fresh.

Nice place, fair prices, many choices of menu. Good if you want to have lunch / dinner and not spend too much. We have tried the tacos and the fajita. It was good. I will go there again!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Excellent food! Only complaint is staff from time to time. When I order my quesadillas I like to add liquid cheese with the shredded cheese. They're not the same!!! They don't taste the same at all! Don't let them fool you, cheese lovers!!! You can absolutely order both together, they will just charge you extra. Fight with them if you must!

The burritos are to die for, absolutely delicious. The setting, perfectly place to take your family and the service is great.

I only use this taco joes because its one of the bigger stores in the chain. This store is always super clean and the staff welcoming and friendly. The food seems to be always fresh as if they just made it.

Honestly, I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. First and LAST time I’ll ever get food from here. Staff is extremely rude. You’re better off going to taco bell or chipotle, at least they’ll treat you like a human being.

I have never been here before and I was pleased! I couldn't decide from the menu so I was able to just put my meal together from the variety of food available. It was delicious! There is a extensive salad and frozen yogurt bar. All the food is behind glass and the servers are friendly. Very sanitary. And the restaurant was extremely clean. A++

Had dinner the other night and got a chopped salad. Everything was fresh and had so much left over had the rest the next day. My husband got a wrap that fel like it weighed 2 pounds. Highly recommend

Does not have any southwestern taste at all. The staff didn't even know what refried beans were and there was no salsa. I make better guacamole at home and I'm not Mexican!

Funny i come here all the time but never eat the taco joe food as there is a salad bar in the back of store. This is the best most freshest salad bar around. Will run you arou d 10 bucks for a large salad but they have unlimited toppings at no extra charge except if you add grilled chicken. Make sure you make your way to the back of the store for salad and yogurt ice cream..i beleive the actual name is yogurt & such...

I'm just looking for a decent affordable salad in the area. Taco Joe's only uses iceberg lettuce. I found their grilled chicken to be incredibly salty. Tortilla chips tasted like they were deep fried. Some people may prefer that, I like to taste the corn in my chips, not the oil. My search continues. Sorry...

So... I have been going to this food facility for such a long time. And it disappoints me to write this bad review when it comes down to the customer service. THE FOOD = TO DIE FOR GOOD! But seriously, they must hire new people who will attend to you like the paying customer that you truly are. I have always experienced this when I go and get food, and I always go back because of the FOOD only. If the manager or the owner actually reads these reviews, you must get yourself some workers who actually care about your food and care about the money that we are all paying. I work for customer service myself and the motto that everyone must follow is THE CUSTOMER’S SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT. The attitude and the lack of positivity is present and it shows and it doesn’t feel good to say that I will stop coming to this facility.

Our family loves Taco Joes! We love being able to select our own ingredients and the food is always delicious. Taking one star off as I love salsa, and very limited salsa is provided free with your meal and chips, and you pay extra for tiny containers. Wish they would add a fun Salsa bar like at Moe's.

I actually stopped going there for about 6 months because of the customer service. I don't know what happened to this place they used to be amazing the food is good but on unfortunately their help is not. The staff need to be trained and as well as the manager and it seems to me that the owners of this restaurant does not care so I will not be going back there I'll will spend my money somewhere else. So disappointed.

First time there.. amazing food! The line was a little complicating to navigate but it's like chipotle but the food is so much better! If i lived closer, i would go all the time!

Although i love taco Joe's so so much.. i would normally vouche a very delicious place.. this particular location on old country road, disappointed me when i went to get a salad and there were a lot of flies. When i mentioned there were so many flies the women said nothing. I continued to order to see and she took the items that had flies and placed it in the bowl. I told her to remove something and she put it back, then asked me if i still want the salad i said no thank you and left, with nothing said nothing changed. I understand its hot or it maybe old. I strongly suggest they just kling wrap the containers in all locations... ive been eating there for a while but i guess what you don't know won't hurt you..🙁

Good different food always fresh, better than chipotle

New management is cheap with food serving. Went this Black Friday, the place was not busy and received blah service. Love their food but would go to a different location.

I went to Taco Joes yesterday at about 715pm the food was old and stale the steak was grey and dried out. The Cheese sauce was watery and the black beans thick and lumpy. This was one of the worst meals I had ever.I will not be returning to Taco Joes.

Absolutely delicious. I had the Mesa Verde burrito and it was perfect. All the best food items wrapped in a soft burrito shell. I had the pulled pork and added lettuce, guacamole, black beans, and sour cream. Barely finished the whole thing and it was yummy. Taco Joe's does it again.

Great tacos,quesadillas and salads. Also has a frozen yogurt bar thats excellent also.

One of my favorite places for lunch. Depending on what you get it can be a little pricey but in my opinion it is well worth it. They don't skimp on the serving size so make sure you bring a decent appetite or prepare to bring food home.

Love this Tex mex spot in the middle of Long Island. Definitely good for lunch and a great selection of different things to eat. The best part was definitely how fresh the ingredients were and that the tortilla chips and salsa were homemade!!!! This is a definite place you have to try out!

OMG there are no words to describe the food here. I travel an hour just to eat there. Great friendly staff and the food is top notch. Great family friendly place.

Great food, plenty for the price, but it was my first time there. The servers were acting like they were frustrated with me because I was not familiar with the menu. I felt rushed, and literally had tell the cashier that it was my first time there. I actually apologized and then the attitude, well at least most of it went away. I would definitely go back

I had no idea what I wanted to eat so I asked the young ladies behind the counter to reccomend/surprise me. I wound up with a spicy chicken burrito with all the fixings. I was pleasantly surprised and they were super friendly and polite. Thank you

Amazing salad with many options. Friendly staff that are patient and helpful. Lots of seating space. Always clean and lots of lighting. Food is always fresh and well seasoned. Good place

The best food have ever had

The food is not that good to be so expensive. Also, stay away from their "soup". Taste like ... I'll let your imagination guessing. What a shame. But I do like some tacos and the salad crate is good too.
